The Bill (Reg. No5434) suggests according the individual person debtor the right to pay back their debts according to the price the bank sells the debt.
Having analyzed the Bill on correspondence to the principles of the effective legislation, the Committee came to the conclusion that "civil legislation regulates the relations, based on the legal equality, free will, property autonomy as legal entities as individual persons." During the sitting it was emphasised that the Bill envisages according the right to pay back debt exclusively to the individual persons."
