The Bill (Reg. No6109) is aimed at the counteraction of right to appeal abuse in cases, the subjects of which are the acts of the Supreme Council of Justice.
The Bill suggests the amendments to the Law "On Supreme Council of Justice" and Code of Ukraine on Administrative Legal Proceedings and implements that acts of the Supreme Council of Justice might undergo appellation in the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine.
