The Bill (Reg. No1409) suggests the defining of the order of implementation and payment of the compensation benefits for the individual entities rendering social services, directly in the Law "On Social Services." It also suggests implementing that the financing source for such compensation payment is state budget funds that are taken into the consideration in the course of the calculation of interbudget transfers.
The Bill envisages rejection of the part six of the clause 7 regarding the implementation by the Cabinet of Ministers the order and the rates of compensation benefits for the individual entities rendering social services and instead the new chapter (III-A) is introduced.
