The Committee on Juctice recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to Clause 191 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine" (re Service of Summons) at the Second Reading and in its Entirety

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No. 1121), a person should receive summons or notification summons, in case a recess in the trial has been announced, or a case has been suspended due to the person´s request.

 

The Bill supplements Clause 191 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine with the following paragraph: "in case the case is suspended or a recess in the trial is announced, a participant of the civil proceedings shall receive summons or notification summons in court".
