The Law regulates the issue concerning optimization of the period and procedure of storage of registration cases in the State registrar of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs, and the cases on insurance payments in the Fund of social insurance against accidents.
Pursuant to the Law, the State registrar is to keep a registration statement for five years since the record on liquidation of a legal entity or dissolution of activity of a natural person-entrepreneur was entered into the Single State Register.
