The Bill (Reg. No. 6004) excludes Part 4 of Clause 28 (sitting of the election commission is plenipotentiary, provided at least two thirds of its composition participate in it) from the Law "On Elections of the President of Ukraine".
The Bill also supplements Clause 85 with a new paragraph to regulate the formation of the election commissions, if the candidates for presidency fail to nominate the candidates for these commissions.
The clause 85 is also supplemented by the new part that regulates the issue on the formation of the election committees in case the candidate for the Presidency has not submitted his representatives for the work in election commissions.
A relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No 6004.
