The Verkhovna Rada adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendment to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in the Sphere of Dangerous Cargo Transferring

The Bill (Reg.No4251) envisages the ordering of the legislative base of Ukraine on dangerous cargo transferring through inner water roads in correspondence with the European treaty on international transferring of the dangerous cargo through water ways. The corresponding amendments should be introduced to a number of legal acts Code on trade navigation in Ukraine, laws "On Transport", "On Pesticides and Agrochemistry Products", "On Cargo Transferring", "On Dangerous Cargo Transferring".
