The Bill (Reg.№5318) envisages the implementation of the extra legislative mechanisms on prevention of dual citizenship cases and also restriction of certain rights of the citizens of Ukraine that simultaneously possess the citizenship of the another state and/or received the permission of the another state for the permanents residence on its territory or compiled the documents for the permanents residence beyond the borders of Ukraine.
The effective Law is supplemented by the articles 251 defining the authority of state bodies and local self-government bodies (except those indicated in the article 24 and 25) concerning the issues solving in the citizenship sphere.
Moreover, the Bill envisages the amendments of the certain number of Laws of Ukraine in the part of the restriction implementation for the citizens of Ukraine that simultaneously possess the citizenship of the another state and/or received the permission of the another state for the permanents residence on its territory or compiled the documents for the permanents residence beyond the borders of Ukraine.
