Oleksandr Lavrynovych: The Judgement passed by the Citizens of Ukraine on 7 February is Final and without Appeal
"Party of Regions does not revoke its Resolution draft on ministerial responsibility and is ready to vote it whenever", - Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared it in the course of the interview for ""1+1" television channel.
"It is vain dreams we revoke our Resolution draft on ministerial responsibility. We will not. This Cabinet of Ministers will be no longer legitimate", - O. Lavrynovych stated refuting O. Turchynov statement.
According to his words, the Resolution draft on ministerial responsibility was returned to the subjects of the legislative initiative that means it further elaboration.
"After its elaboration, the Resolution draft will be returned to the Verkhovna Rada and in 10 days term this issue is to be scrutinized by the Verkhovna Rada with the relevant decision regarding this resolution that is the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine would pass the Resolution and the Government would be dismissed.
The First Deputy Chairman emphasized that in case the Prime-Minister submitted the dismissal appeal herself, "The Party of Regions with great pleasure will meet such an appeal.
Giving answers top the questions, regarding the possible variants of the coalition formation, O. Lavrynovych emphasized that in contrary to the Prime Minister, "The Party of Regions does not fight but carries on negotiations with the political powers represented in the Parliament."
"It is the end of the present Government. One should appreciate that the judgement passed by the Citizens of Ukraine on 7 February is Final and without Appeal. Yulia Volodymyrivna Tymoshenko will be in the opposition", - O. Lavrynovych resumed.
Giving answers to the question when the Government would be dismissed and the new coalition formed, O. Lavrynovych answered: "It will happen next week."
