As it was declared in the course of the Committee sitting, the Bill (Reg No 5449) envisages the implementation of the norm according to which, building or its separate parts where libraries, book shops and state publishing houses are situated are not considered as objects of the small privatization.

The Members of the Committee emphasized that the principle aim of the Bill adoption "is to save those state publishing houses, book shops that have still survived and faction though are under the threat of the privatization due to their property complex and land plots."
