Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems the Fact of the Adoption of the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Election of the President of Ukraine" an Evidence of Ukrainian Politicians Mutual Nonconfidence. Though the Head of the Parliament is convinced the Amendments Introduction would not lead to the Electoral Fraud in case the Electoral Commissions Members strictly abide the Legislation.

"The fact of this issue scrutiny itself proves that the Ukrainian politicians and the presidential campaign finalists first of all do not  feel confidence towards each other, hence they search the possibilities not to conduct the elections but how to cheat one another", - V.Lytvyn declared on Thursday in the course of the interview for the parliamentary television channel "Rada."

The Head of the Parliament repeatedly made the point that "the Law on Election of the President of Ukraine with the numerous "mines" was elaborated by the Party of Regions and Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc." "They created this Law and ignored all the reasonable propositions hence we come back to them and now I am forced to hear the mutual accusations regarding this issue", - he added.

"My position is simple and obvious: in the play process the rules are not being changed, - V. Lytvyn stated. Though, as a Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Chairman I am obliged to hold the sittings of the Parliament  and I do not incline the liability as in case concerning the Ministry on Internal Affairs and the Law on amendments to the election of the President of Ukraine."

Giving the answers to the questions concerning the fact of Andrii Kozhemiakin address to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Chairman with the appeal not to sign the Law, V. Lytvyn answered that such an address really took place: "Yes it was so, but after the document was signed." According to V. Lytvyn, any deputy has the right to address the Head of the Parliament with the similar appeals though his motives are supposed to be clearly motivated and expressed. "It has not been done in the appeal of the deputy", - V. Lytvyn emphasized.
