The Law defines authorities and obligations of public authority bodies, certain institutions and enterprises, and relevant officials concerning administration and use of labour force in the special period.
The amendments aim at provision of extra workplaces in the special period; regulate introduction of labour duty and attraction of population to the socially necessary work performed for the sake of communities and the State.
The Law enhances the standards and regulations of legislation concerning functioning of public authority bodies in the special period, improve the conditions of employment in the period of mobilization and proclamation of martial law in the country or its certain parts.
Relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No.3638.
