Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the New Government will formed in the course of the Next Week

 

The Head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the new coalition would be formed during next week. It was declared by the Chairman of the Parliament in the course of the interview for "Rada" television channel on Friday. He also believes that the Government formation is supposed to be conducted clearly and on public.

 

V. Lytvyn stated that it is Mykola Azarov, who would probably head the Cabinet of Ministers.

 

At the same time, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared that "this Government would be obliged to work hard but ungrateful, the Ministers would adopt unpopular decisions and future Ministers are supposed to be aware of this fact." The Chairman repeatedly made the point that the Government must be formed out of the professionals.

 

V. Lytvyn emphasized that "he does not accept the conversations regarding the formation of the Government for the certain personality" as "a great country today is in decline and people need their Government, Government for the state." He emphasized the necessity of cooperation between the whole state power branches.

 

Giving answers regarding the formation of the Parliamentary coalition V. Lytvyn mentioned that his task first of all is to organize the work of the whole Parliament, not a certain part of it either coalition or opposition. V. Lytvyn repeatedly made the point that he would announce the formation of a new coalition provided 226 signatures of the people's deputies of Ukraine are presented to him as "there are People ready to express proposition regarding the formation of the Government and common effective cooperation."
