In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5074) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, envisages the renewing of the right on the privatization of the rooms in the hostels for the inhabitants that are in need for the medical care due to the tuberculosis illness. The register of the hostels that do not fall under the law force is supposed to be supplemented.
The following norms are excluded from the Law "On Implementation of Housing Rights of the Hostels Inhabitants":
the norms that are in the Laws "On Privatization of the State Housing Stock", "On the State Housing Stock of the Social Purpose";
norm, pursuant to which, the hostels owners receive compensation for the transference of these hostels in the property of the territorial communities;
norms on the authorities of the local self-government bodies.
In the course of the discussion, it was emphasized that the People´s Deputies in general upheld the Bill and accepted the remarks of the Central Scientific Experts Office concerning its separate principles that are to be taken into the consideration in the course of the elaboration for the second reading.
