In the course of the Committee sitting, the Agreement was concluded in order to regulate the labour migration flows, formation of the legal guarantees, effective implementation of the labour migrants labour rights, prevention of the illegal labour migration and strengthening of the cooperation between two states.
According to the Committee members the adoption of the Bill (Reg. No. 0156), introduced by the President of Ukraine, would facilitate the legal employment and strengthening of the social protection of the citizens of Ukraine working on the territory of Spain and citizens of Spain working on the territory of Ukraine and also broadening of the cooperation between specialized bodies of Ukraine and Spain in the sphere of labour migration.
The Committee directed its resolution to the profile committee The Committee on European Integration.
