Pursuant to Item 21, Part 1 of Clause 106, Item 31 Part 1 of Clause 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Clause 6 of the Law "On Emergency Environmental Situation", the legislative act approves the Order of the President of Ukraine from 10.02.2010 No. 145 " On Recognition of the Territory of Kalush Town, Kropyvnyk and Sivka-Kaluska Villages of Ivano-Frankivsk Region as Areas of Emergency Environmental Situation."
