Oleksandr Lavrynovych: Unity of Public Authorities is indispensable for the State Development
"There will be no lustration. Instead, people that use law in their personal favor, would be called to account in the order envisaged by the Law. All the professionals will be preserved, furthermore, they will receive necessary conditions for the effective organization of the social life", - the First Deputy Chairman declared in the course of the interview for "Melodia" radio.
According to his words, lustration is suggested "by the people illegally received power, having no adequacy rate, persecuted thousands of people."
"Fortunately this period is already in the past. It is not totally black and white, though, what has happened to the management system, cultivation of the juridical ignorance, demonstrative humiliation of Principal and other laws made them suppose they can go unpunished", - O. Lavrynovych emphasized.
Giving answers to the questions whether the Cabinet of Ministers implemented government funding properly, O. Lavrynovych declared: "It is extremely important to evaluate in what way and on what purposes the funds were directed, the funds that were taken out of citizens´ pockets. They must be made responsible for this robbery."
Giving comments concerning the fact that the first resolution made by Viktor Yanukovych on the post of the President of Ukraine on the reduction of his personal wages, O. Lavrynovych declared that the further steps of the Head of the State would also strictly correspond the program of newly elected President of Ukraine. "One should get acquainted with the program of V. Yanukovych as a former candidate for the post of the President of Ukraine therefore one is sure that he starts implementation of his programs and views that were declared to the society", - O. Lavrynovych proclaimed.
The politician emphasized the unity of public authorities for the state development. He is convinced that it is the most important condition of the Presidential Program implementation.
