The Bill (Reg. No. 4284) supplements Clause 218 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine with a new provision, pursuant to which "presenting the materials of pre-trial inquiry, the criminal investigator shall supply the defendant with the properly certified copies of case files description, which is notified in the protocol after the trial on presentation of the case files to the defendant and the defender".
