Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, estimates the possibility of giving the vote of non-confidence to the acting Government as "fifty-fifty". He made the above-mentioned statement at the Monday´s briefing.
The Head of the Parliament stated that he would not vote for the resolution on the vote of non-confidence to the Government of Ukraine. "I do not vote for the personnel issues", - V.Lytvyn stated. "I believe that the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should be relieved from voting".
V.Lytvyn deems necessary "to organize the Parliament´s work, testing its capacity by adoption of the State Budget". The Head of the Parliament stressed that it was a standoff: "there is no activity, while the resolutions are not adopted, but forced. It is no longer bearable. "We shall live and work, while people do not need spite, confrontation, service to other interests, conscription of volunteers to the war", - he stressed.
