For the period 16-19 February 2010 6 plenary meetings of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine were held, during which 59 issues of the agenda were scrutinized.
In the result of the scrutiny:
- 5 Law and 7 Resolution were adopted;
- 16 Bills were adopted as a Basis
- 4 Bills were directed for the repeated first reading to the committee;
- 1 Bill was directed for the further elaboration to the subject of the legislative initiative right;
- 1 Bill was directed to the Committee for the elaboration for the second reading;
- 16 Bills and 5 Resolution Drafts were rejected.
In the result of the scrutiny of the President of Ukraine motions
-1 Law was adopted;
- 1 President´s veto was overridden;
- 1 Law was rejected.
69 People´s Deputies inquiries were directed.
