The Law coordinates regulations of the Criminal Procedural Code, the Economic Procedural Code, the Civil Procedural Code and the Code of Administrative Legal Proceeding of Ukraine with requirements of Article 46 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms that was ratified by The Verkhovna Rada and is an integral part of Ukrainian national legislation.
The Law eliminates drawbacks of Ukrainian procedural legislation, as it defines the grounds for revising court decisions, and defines the procedure of conducting judicial proceedings in all types of legal procedure: criminal, economic, civil and administrative.
A relevant Bill is registered under №2015.
