The Bill (Reg. No. 5272) regulates collection of the double rate of fine. It will enhance the effective system of fines, State regulation and responsibility for the non-payment of fine in due time.
The People´s Deputies believe that the rate of fine shall be determined immediately, when the resolution on administrative infringement is being passed.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will enable the authorized body (the official) to inflict such a type of penalty as double fine, which meets the degree of danger of the crime to public safety.
