The Bill (Reg.№5229) envisages the priority of free supply of war veterans with motor cars, who took part in the Great Patriotic War and Japan War, who according to the article 13 of the Law "On Status of War Veterans, Guarantees o their Protection and Social Protection" are provided with the motor vehicles free of charge.
The legislative initiative that is adjusted to the legislation norms. The People´s Deputies during the discussion emphasized that the Bill does not require extra financing as it does not envisage broadening of the circle of war veterans who possess the right on free supply with motor cars but changes the category priority. The Parliamentarians also emphasized that "the Bill facilitates the social protection of his category of war veterans."
