Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster upholds the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the Improvement of the Relations in the Fire Safety Sphere Regulation

In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg. No4529-1) envisages the increase of the liability of the citizens, entrepreneurs first of all, for the infringements of the fire safety rules, non-fulfillment of the instructions, orders and resolutions of the state fire security service officials and also use of the fire equipment and fire-extinguishing means not to its purpose trough the increase of the penal sanctions. At the same time, such a type of the administrative discipline as note of warning is preserved for the citizens.

 

Moreover, the Bill envisages the fine rate increase that is imposed as a criminal liability for the infringements of the established by the legislation norms of the fire safety.
