The Bill (Reg. No. 5165) suspends non-implementation of the administrative court resolutions and guarantees their unconditional implementation by taking the following measures to the subjects of authority that ignore realization of administrative court decisions: a penalty; dismissal from the office in the public authority and local self-government bodies; ban from a relevant activity for a certain period of time.
The Committee members believe that the suggested amendments to the effective Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine shall oblige the authority subjects to implement court resolutions voluntarily, which will alleviate the load on the public executive authority bodies.
