The Law introduces amendments to Clauses 178 and 179 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine that envisage the possibility of impoundment and issuance of documents constituting state secrets, as well as other material secret data carriers.
A relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No5070.
