The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine regarding Establishment of the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv and Kyiv Region to substitute Corresponding Administrative Courts in Kyiv and Kyiv Region"

In the course of the committee sitting, it was declared that the Bill (Reg. No.6126) aims at optimization of the system of administrative courts. In particular, the amendments are to be introduced into the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, substituting the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv and the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv region with the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv and Kyiv region. 

In the course of the discussion, the People´s Deputies stated that today, according to the legislation of Ukraine, the jurisdiction of the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv extends onto Kyiv and the jurisdiction of Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv region extends onto Kyiv region.  

According to the parliament members, adoption of the Bill is supposed to optimize the activity of administrative courts and facilitate implementation of administrative resolutions.
