The Bill (Reg. No. 3664) adopted by The Verkhovna Rada at the First Reading on 12.06.2009 improves the state system of the state secret protection and activity of the state experts in charge of State secrets, amending the order of official disclosure of regulatory and legal acts and allotment, re-processing and countermand of citizens´ access to the state security.
The Committee received 28 remarks and motions from the subjects of the legislative initiative. They appertain to the editorial specifications, supplement of the list of officials granted access to the state secret, specification of the authorities of the State expert in charge of the State secret.
