Pursuant to the Resolution, Temporary Inquiry Panel is supposed to direct the letter to the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Prosecutor´s General Office of Ukraine, Ministry on Internal affairs of Ukraine and Security Service of Ukraine for the corresponding reacting on the situation.
In the resolution, the attention of the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Prosecutor´s General Office of Ukraine, Ministry on Internal affairs of Ukraine and Security Service of Ukraine is pointed out on the facts of violation of the Constitution of Ukraine and Ukrainian Laws, adoption of illegitimate resolutions by the officials of Kyiv City Council and its executive body that led to the critical state in the health protection, environmental protection and technological safety spheres of the capital of Ukraine, unqualified managements of the municipal rights and land fund of the territorial Kyiv city community, economically ungrounded tariff establishment and ruining of the cultural inheritance objects in the capital.
The Cabinet of Ministers is recommended to scrutinize the issue on the situation in Kyiv city in the course of the nearest sitting.
Pursuant to the document, the Cabinet of Ministers and Court of Auditors are supposed to inform the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine until 20 February 2010 on the results of the Kyiv City Administration checking.
The Prosecutor´s General Office of Ukraine is recommended to take necessary measures of the prosecution reacting.
