The Bill (Reg. No5102) envisages that the scholarships that is nominated to the orphans and children deprived of the parental care are supposed to exceed the rate of the established scholarship in the corresponding educational establishment and the monetary allowance is supposed to be paid at the rate of two minimal living wages for the persons of the corresponding age. Moreover, it suggests the monetary allowance payment only in case of the job placement.
In the course of the sitting it was declared that the Law "On Organizational-Legal Conditions of Social Protection of Orphans and Children deprived of the Parental Care" is first of all a peculiar guarantee that excludes the reduce o these payments and legislative defining of their rates is not an obstacle for the increase in case it is possible due to the state budget provision.
