In accordance with the parliamentary practice of holding extraordinary plenary meetings, the initiative of 164 People´s Deputies of Ukraine which complies with Part 2 of Clause 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine concerning holding of extraordinary plenary meetings of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declares that an extraordinary plenary meeting of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be held on Thursday, 28 January 2010 at 10 a.m.

According to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution on Convocation of the extraordinary session on 28 January 2010, the following issues are suggested to be included into the agenda after the initiative of 164 People´s Deputies:
1) On abidance of the Constitution and Laws of Ukraine by the Ministry on Internal Affairs dignitaries in the course of the President f Ukraine election in the year 2010 (Reg. No 6003);
2) on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Election of the President of Ukraine" (Reg. No 6004).
