O. Shevchuk, the People´s Deputy reported the Bill and declared that the Bill (Reg. No5254) allots the right to the Social Insurance Fund on Reversible Incapacitation to supervise the reversible incapacitation expert examination state, carry out an inspection of issuing of the incapacitation registers for the insured persons and compliance of the established regime by the doctor for the period of the reversible incapacitation.
Moreover, the author suggests that the Fund is supposed to be granted the right to bring up an issue on calling the officials and doctors of the medical establishments of all property forms to account for the detected violations in this sphere and take measures to recover the losses caused by these violations.
The Committee members upheld the legislative initiative. At the same time they deem suitable the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate concerning inconsistence of certain bill norms.
Taking into the account the Bill is aimed at the facilitation of the medical treatment conditions for the insured persons, supervising its quality and reduces of groundless budget Fund expenses the Members of the Committee deem the Bill is to be adopted in the first reading with the further elaboration.
