The European Integration Committee recognized the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Harmonization with the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors) as such that complies with the EU Legislation

The Bill (Reg.№5146) suggests the amendments to the Law "On Economic Entities", "On Citizens Associations", "On Legal Practice", "On Museums and Museum Affairs" and certain others.

 

The Committee members stated that suggested amendments to the Law "On Economic Entities" harmonize with the principles of the Council Directive №68/151/ЄЕС concerning the statement that the countries-participants are supposed to take necessary measures to provide the compulsory assignment for the companies the document on incorporation and statutes, document on incorporation and statutes after each amendment, at least once a year the sum of the statute capital indicated in the documents on incorporation or statues.

 

It was also declared that suggested amendments to the Law "On Joint Agricultural Venture" harmonize with the principles of the same Directive on compulsory assignment of the documents and detailed reports in the course of the incorporation or going out of business.
