The Committee on European Integration recognized a Number of Bills as such that harmonize with the European Union Law

The Committee scrutinized the Bill on ratification of the Convention №155 1981 on safety and occupational hygiene (Reg.№0158) aimed at the adaptation of the national legislation in the labor safety that concerning the hygiene and labour safety to the legislation of European Union.

 

The Committee Members recognized the indicated Bill as such that harmonize with the EU legislation.

 

Moreover, the Committee recognized as such that harmonize with EU Law, the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Excise and Entrance Duty Rate on certain Goods" (Reg.№5250). The Law presupposes increase of the entrance duty rate on beer from UAH 0,31 to 1,20 per liter.
