The Law introduces amendments to a number of legislative acts of Ukraine concerning introduction of the system of separate collection of consumer waste and establishment of responsibility for violations in the field of waste treatment.
The Law also specifies the terminology in the field of waste treatment, harmonizing it with the European standards.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2459.
