Oleksandr Lavrynovych: After the Parliamentary Coalition is formed, it will be possible to commence renovation of the Constitutional Principles in the State Power Functioning
"There are no documents in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine that can prove the formation of the coalition. From September 2008 the Government has been working in Ukraine that have no support on the part of the parliamentary majority and the proclaimed coalition used to exist only in the form of the appeal without the abidance of the article 83 part 6 of the Constitution of Ukraine and those regulation positions that were legitimate at that time", - O. Lavrynovych, the First Deputy Chairman declared in the course of the briefing for the journalists.
According to his words, "today after the Law, which approves the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Regulation, came into force, item 2 part 1 of the article 66 of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Regulation defines that in case there is no majority from the constitutional contingent in the part of the coalition of the deputies faction, its stops its activity. "
O. Lavrynovych reminded that in the session hall, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada announced this norm of the Regulation and supposed that "probably in 10 days term another announcement would be made that will prove the end of this sad page in the history of the state power functioning in Ukraine when we have foreign debts in the rate of 112 billion, when the country is left without the state budget and there is no sense to speak no loner on other "achievements."
