The Bill (Reg. No.4765) supplements a new Law with a new clause concerning the programs of technical development and investment projects. The Bills also sets requirements for the design, construction, reconstruction and modernization of the heat supply objects.
The Bill also alters the list of bodies in charge of State regulation of activity of the economic entities in the field of heat supply. The Bill specifies the authorities of the public authority bodies, authorizing them to ratify the investment projects in the said field.
In the course of the discussion, it was stated that the Bill is aimed at the formation of the legislative conditions for the effective functioning of the marker participants in the sphere of heat supply, provision of he consumers with heat energy in the necessary amount, of sufficient quality and by available prices.
