As it was declared in the course of the sitting, Bill (Reg. No5542) stops and rejects acts on the property right for the land plot on this territory that used to be allocated for the country.
According to the Committee members from the year 2009 the unsoldering of the indicated land commenced and new owners put up the land plots.
The Committee Members stated that the document suggest announcing the territory of Klymentieva Mountain (Uzun-Syrt) the object of the natural-reserve funds with the relevant legal regime.
Moreover, the general prosecutor´s Office is charged with the necessary investigation of legitimacy of local self-government bodies decisions concerning the indicated land plots.
