The Bill (Reg.№4663) envisages the amendments to the Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine, Laws "On Operative-Investigative Activity" and "On Counter-Intelligence Activity", defining the procedure of the permission obtaining on the secret penetration into the apartment or another citizen´s property, information retrieval from the communication pathways, control establishment for the correspondence, telephone conversations, telegraph and other correspondence etc. According to the Bill, the body intent to take such measures is supposed to appeal to the court with the relevant prosecutor precedence. After the indicated measures, the judge is supposed to inspect the legal grounds for the operative-technical measures implementation and make the reasoned decision.
