He added that the initiators of such meeting "still have time to ponder it over; nevertheless, it is obvious that these intentions would be used in order to obtain the informational basis."

"If one analyzes what we receive as a final result, the conclusion shall be rather distinguished: we will receive nothing at all", - V. Lytvyn declared.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada explained that in case the Parliamentary sitting is called and the relevant amendments to the Law on Election of the President of Ukraine is adopted, the document would not come into force before the first round of election.

V. Lytvyn is convinced that "there is no need to do what there is no need to do. The main fact is that it should have been discussed earlier, when there were political agreements between two factions  Party of Regions and Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc. What will we have now? Who is to be blamed for it?", - he proclaimed.

Giving the answers to the journalists´ questions, V. Lytvyn proclaimed that it is impossible to prevent all the falsifications of the voting result on the legislative level exclusively.
