The Bill (Reg. No. 5145) amends the Laws "On the Lease of State and Municipal Property" and "On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine" to establish a single approach to the payment for State and municipal property lease.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will facilitate development of the small entrepreneurship and create a single approach of the bodies authorized by the Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic and local self-government bodies to the assessment of the rate of lease of the objects in the municipal ownership and in the possession of the Crimean Autonomous Republic.
