The legislative act implements that until the laws on the state land cadastre and on land market come into force, but not later then till the year 2012, it is prohibited to implement the right on the land area (share) to the statue funds of the economic enterprises.
The Law envisages implementation of the norm that provides prohibition till 1 January 2012 on:
buying and selling of the land areas of agricultural purpose and state municipal ownership;
buying and selling land alienation and change of the purpose assignation of land areas.
Treaties concluded during the moratorium efficiency period are invalid since the moments of their conclusion.
