The Law envisages the prohibition for the term not later than the 1 January 2012 on the buying and selling or other alienation of land areas of agricultural use except inheritance, exchange the land area into another land area according to the law.
Until the Laws on the state land cadastre come into force, but not later than the year 2012, there is a prohibition on:
buying and saling of agricultural land in State or Municipal ownership, together with the sale, or alienation, together with a change of usage, of land used for agricultural production or private farming by individuals or legal entities;
buying and saling of agricultural land in State or Municipal ownership, together with the sale, or alienation, together with a change of usage, of land used for agricultural production or private farming by individuals or legal entities for the conduction of commodity or agricultural production
Pursuant to the Law "buying and saling of agricultural land in State or Municipal ownership, together with the sale, or alienation, together with a change of usage, of land used for agricultural production or private farming by individuals or legal entities are implemented under the condition of the Laws of Ukraine on the state land cadastre come into force but not later 1 January 2012."
