The Bill (Reg.№3176) envisages the amendments to the certain articles of the Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine and addition of it by the new chapter regulating the issues on extradition conduction and relevant procedural action.
The Bill also suggests regulation of the detain procedure, temporary and extradition arrest of persons that have committed the crime beyond the borders of Ukraine and whose extraditions is demanded by the foreign states.
