The Bill (Reg.№3185) is aimed at the coordination of the effective law norms regarding scientific-technical and economic activity, legislative improvement of the scientific personnel pension provision, formation of the equal conditions for the pension insurance irrespective of the retire leave year and property form of the scientific enterprises and organizations they work in.
In particular the Bill envisages payment of pensions for the scientific personnel of the state establishments, organizations, enterprises, higher educational institutions and organizations at the expense of the Pension Fund.
