Pursuant to the Law, the Laws "On the Principles of preventing and fighting Corruption", "On the Responsibility of Legal Entities for Corruptive Infringements" and "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Responsibility for Corruptive Infringements" shall come into force on 1 April 2010 instead of 1 January 2010, as previously intended.
The Law "On Corruption" is valid until the said legislative acts come into force.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 5398.
