The Law extends the regulation that prohibits initiation of a bankruptcy case regarding coal-mining enterprise with at least 25-per-cent public share in the statutory fund till 1 January 2013. Pursuant to the effective version of Paragraph 6 of Chapter VІІ "Final Provisions" of the Law "On Restoration of Debtor's Solvency or Recognition of Debtor's Bankruptcy", the moratorium shall be suspended on 1 January 2010.
