LAW OF UKRAINE

 

"On Organization and Order of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Activity"

 

The Law pursuant to the Constitution of Ukraine defines the legal basis of organization and order of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine activity.

 

Article 1. Organization and order of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine activity are implemented by the Constitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine on the People´s Deputies of Ukraine status, on the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committees, on Ad Hoc and Temporary Inquiry Panels of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and other Laws of Ukraine and Standing Orders of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

 

Article 2. Order of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine activity is implemented by the Constitution of Ukraine and Standing Orders of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine pursuant to the Constitution of Ukraine adopts the Standing Order of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine according to which parliamentary rules and procedures for the constitutional authority of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are implemented.

 

Article 3. Final provisions  

 

1. The Law comes into force from the day of its publishing.

 

2. The Law "On Organization and Order of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Activity" (The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Register 2009 № 12, article 147) are to be recognized as such that lost its validity.
