Recently, the Ukrainian parliamentary delegation visited the Netherlands, where they had a meeting with leaders of the two largest factions in the Dutch Parliament, as well as with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Defence. One of the main topics was the potential for investment in Ukraine's military-industrial complex and creation of joint enterprises.

This was stated by Yehor Cherniev, member of the "Servant of the People" faction, Deputy Chair of the Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence, the Head of the Ukraine's Permanent Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.

"Our delegation met with the leaders of the two largest factions in the Dutch Parliament, as well as with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Defence. They assured us about further support for Ukraine. In addition, they are ready to continue funding our military-industrial complex as well as establishing joint enterprises with several Ukrainian companies on their territory to supply the Ukrainian army with necessary equipment," the MP noted.

He also added that Ukraine is currently awaiting the adoption of the Dutch budget, which is expected to include additional funding for Ukraine.

“The country’s budget is expected to be approved in April or May, which is why we were in the Netherlands ahead of such important decisions. This country is our reliable partner, which has been helping us since the very beginning of the full-scale invasion and is generally one of the leading partner countries in terms of the amount of aid provided,” the MP emphasised.
