The Bill (Reg.№5417) defines the state principles of the state policy regarding the organization and conduction of the lotteries, determining, in particular, that in Ukraine the state monopoly in this activity type is being implemented.
According to the Bill "conduction of any other lottery types, except the state one, in Ukraine is forbidden." The order of lotteries organization and conduction are defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
